GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2-20 calendar days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Extended delays can also occur during the months of February-April and November-December. Your order may be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update (Orders placed over the weekends/holidays the beginning of your 24hr-48hrs begins at Midnight the following Monday). All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are included below for your reference. Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

Customers can check out using either their phone number or email.

Customers who choose to check out using their phone number will get order updates by SMS. This means that their email may not be collected during checkout.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and FedEx to most locations (Domestic & Internationally). Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
